Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Customer Login" link located at the left navigation bar, enter your login name, select "Please Email Me My Password" and press the submit button. Your password will be emailed to you.

Ordering

“My Cart”

When you are shopping on www.ojodesigns.com and add an item, it is saved in My Cart. My Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a My Cart in a retail store. Items you place in your My Cart will remain there until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List.  Please note: We will automatically remove items that remain in your My Cart longer than 30 days.

Options in My Cart:


  • To update quantity: Simply click on the drop down arrow and choose the quantity you wish to purchase and then click "Update" button.
  • To remove an item from your My Cart: Just click on "Remove from Basket," or change the quantity to zero and click "Update" button.
  • To return to shopping: Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your My Cart by clicking on "My Cart."
  • To proceed to checkout: Click on "Proceed To Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping guarantee, click here.

Redeeming Promotion and Discount Codes


  1. Select your shipping & payment methods
  2. In the “Payment & Shipping Information” section of the Payment page enter the code exactly as it appears, in the field provided.  Remember:  Codes are case sensitive.
  3. Click "Continue."

If the code qualifies for a discount, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order can be accepted.

Important Information About Payment

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank.
 

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. After you have clicked "Place Order," your order is processed immediately. Any changes or cancellations of your order will result in a 15% restocking fee.
 

E-mail About Your Order

After you place your order, we will send you e-mail about your order. Here are examples of e-mail you may receive:

“Order Confirmation.”

This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.

“Backorder Notice.”

This type of e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged only when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.


“Shipment Confirmation.” This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.


“Important notice about your order.”

There are a number of reasons that you might receive this type of e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, a duplicate order, cancellation of your order. If you receive a notice like this, please e-mail our Customer Care Specialist immediately at customercare@ojodesigns.comso the problem can be addressed.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is assigned to your order once it has been processed.   You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking number. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. So, even though your package has already shipped and is on its way to you, the shipper may not be able to provide any information about your package for 48 hours or more.

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find:


  1. Check your e-mail. Your order information contains an e-mail address. You will receive e-mails at that address which will keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  2. Contact us if you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail at customercare@ojodesigns.com.


Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) are not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.

If your order is canceled, you will receive an “Important Notice” via e-mail regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Returns:

IMPORTANT: There is no scratch warranty on sunglass lenses!

Before any items purchased from www.ojodesigns.com can be returned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued.

Return Instructions

Your email shipment delivery notice will contain detailed instructions about returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
  2. Enclose a copy of your receipt.  If you do not have the original receipt, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  3. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure a full credit. Lenses & frames must be scratch free in order to have refunds applied. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  5. Product defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are to be returned directly the manufacturer for replacement.

Sunglasses Returns

Certain manufacturers process repairs and warranty defects directly. Dealing directly with the manufacturer can be convenient and save you time and money. Please identify your product from the list below to determine the appropriate manufacturer to return your product to.

Luxottica Group Sunglasses:
Any repairs and warranty defects for the following Luxottica sunglasses must be handled directly with the Luxottica Group: (see address below)

  • Revo

Non-Defective Product returns within

15 days after shipping date, if you wish to return a non-defective item for credit and do not wish to exchange, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

After 15 days, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Credits may take up to 7 days to show up in your credit card account depending on your bank.

Should it be necessary to return a new and unused product without an exchange please make note of the following:
 
  1. New and unused means that there are no marks anywhere on the item or any wear on the tags or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
  2. The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets and demo lenses where applicable.
  3. Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at returns@ojodesigns.com.
  4. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  5. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
 

Return Rules and Restrictions


  1. Returns must be must be made within 15 days of shipping date.
  2. When shipping a return, you must include the return RMA form or bottom portion of the original packing list. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  4. Sale items purchased online may not be returned for credit or exchange.
  5. We cannot accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  6. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department at customercare@ojodesigns.com.
  7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  8. Items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from www.ojodesigns.com, immediately return the item to our online store by following the Return Rules and Restrictions Instructions. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit.

To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
