Our system will not accept an order for an item that is not in stock. If it ever does, you will be notified by e-mail and the item will be shipped just as soon as it is in stock.Shipping Methods and Costs
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.We offer the following convenient delivery options within the contenintal US:

For shipments to:
PO Boxes, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. The charge for Priority mail shipments is $10.00. Additional charges apply for rush delivery.You will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, Second Day or Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM Pacific Time and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.
Orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via our standard delivery (UPS Ground) should arrive within 3 to 10 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please select a faster shipping option at check out or e-mail us to make special arrangements. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes - a street address and telephone number is required.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may only be expedited and require an additional fee. Ground shipping is not available.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- All expedited orders require a street address and telephone number.
Delivery of Your Items
When your order is delivered, please inspect the outside of the package immediately for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage to your glasses did occur, please follow these steps:- Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Care Specialist immediately via e-mail at customercare@ojodesigns.com. Please include your order number.
- If there is obvious extensive damage to the package, please refuse the order and contact a Customer Care Specialist via e-mail immediately at customercare@ojodesigns.com. Please include your order number.
